BS+A have been involved from the beginning of the Aligner Intelligence’s inception. Initially we were tasked to support the consultants with developing their idea and formulating a business model. They wanted us to leverage technology to streamline a traditional consulting process and develop a vital industry solution. We were then tasked with establishing a name, building a brand identity and building a full-scale technology platform.
Result
We broke down the traditional dental consulting process and conceptualised a technology platform that would facilitate this before developing a coherent brand that appealed to the target market correctly. The digital product design & development phase followed with an MVP prototype developed to establish a product market fit and ensure we built what the industry demanded. Following validation and testing of the prototype, we are now working on a live production platform and GTM launch strategy.
